A Credit/Debit card is required to secure all bookings and a deposit is required to confirm all peak season bookings payments may be made by Visa or Mastercard or can also be made by direct credit but must be paid within 24 hours of making the reservation to confirm.

Whitebait Season Bookings

A Credit/Debit card is required to secure all bookings and a deposit of 1 weeks charges is required to confirm all Whitebait season bookings payments may be made by Visa or Mastercard or can also be made by direct credit but must be paid by 30th of July to confirm.

I, the guest agree:
• To conform to Motor Camp bylaws and council regulations (available from office and on website) ; understand that any breach of the rules by ourselves or our guests will result in our site or unit being cancelled without any refund of fees paid.
• That any additions to the numbers in our party must be notified to and consent given by the Managers of the Motor Camp before arrival.
• Only one vehicle is allowed to park on each site, with all other vehicles being parked in the designated areas.
• All visitors must report to the office sign into the visitors book (an OSCH Regulation) and; pay the day visitor fee prior to entering the Motor camp and park their vehicles on William St.
• That our caravan/campervan will have a current electrical WOF.
• That our tent if connected to a power supply will have a transformer or an approved circuit breaking device.
• That no animals are allowed in the Motor camp except with express permission or by arrangement with management but strictly NOT at any time during School or Easter School Holidays

We reserve the right to refuse a reservation at any time from any person if we reasonably believe the person:
is not the person named on the reservation
• is not the person named on the credit card or not be authorized to use the card
• is not able to pay for any additional charges
• may cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests
• may exhibit socially unacceptable behavior
• is younger than 21 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age
• is concealing a dog or other unauthorized animal

To ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay we expect common sense and consideration to be shown at all times. This includes reasonable behavior and dress at all times. All alcohol is to be consumed on your site or in your unit. No noise between 10pm – 7am.
All bookings are accepted at the discretion of the Managers.

Reservations are a contract between Collingwood Motor Camp and the person named on the reservation and is not transferable to any other person. This means that the named person must occupy the unit or site for the duration of the contract and is ultimately responsible for all occupants and visitors of that unit or site.

Privacy Statement
This statement applies to all individuals providing personal information to Collingwood Motor Camp through this website. When collecting personal information Collingwood Motor Camp complies with the Privacy Act 1993. Collingwood Motor Camp will only collect and use personal information in connection with processing your request and for contacting you regarding our services to you. All personal information remains with Collingwood Motor Camp and will not be sold, traded or shared with anyone. If you have any questions regarding any of this information please contact us.

Whitebait Season Bookings

Cancellation Policy  for reservations 1st September  to 30th of April inclusive and ALL holiday weekends.
Reservations are only confirmed on receipt of 20% non-refundable deposit, with any balance payable on arrival.  

Cancellation Policy 1st May – 30th August discretionary decision reserved by management.
Reservations are only confirmed on receipt of a  10%  non-refundable deposit with any balance payable on arrival.  There is NO cancellation or amendment fee and NO credit card surcharge when booked directly with Collingwood Motor Camp.

REFUND POLICY  :  Please note if this reservation is cancelled with the required time frame and you require a refund, please Note Collingwood Motor camp are unable to refund you, all refunds must go through Tasman District Council. Please contact “The Financial department”at TDC on 03 5438400.

If a guest has paid in full for accommodation

A: with  greater than 3 weeks notice an 80% refund will be give (-a small admin charge)

B: With greater than 48 hours notice a 50% refund will be given

C: NO SHOW. no refund and full charge of the balance up to 80% of the agreed accommodation rates

please note: In exceptional circumstances Council will consider varying this policy, all charges are designed around the ability to on sell the booked accommodation for the entire period booked.

The Charges may be varied by the cheif execuative officer where special circumstances exist via an approach by the campground managers.

Children are more than welcome to bring their parents to stay with us. However they must agree and not interfere too much with your fun! To keep an endless supply of cold drinks, icecreams and iceblocks and to cook the best BBQs ever!!

Check-in and Check-out Policy
Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure.

Dog Policy

Collingwood Motor Camp is only Small dog friendly except for past guests who have shown their dog is gentle and child friendly. All dogs must be kept under control or on a lead at all times, any dog found wandering or causing a disturbance may be removed by dog control, management will not be held liable for any fee’s or charges if this occurs Owner will pay the fee’s to retrieve, NO DOG is allowed in any Cabin at any time, Dogs can stay on Powered or Un-Powered camper caravan or Tent sites only and only in the assigned “Dog friendly Area” and kept in control or/and on a lead at all times. No Dog can be on the property without express permission from the Managers Chrissy and Gary Clements only. If any guest brings a dog onto the property without express permission they will be asked to leave immediately no refunds paid. Absolutely NO DOGs allowed during Christmas or Easter School Holidays.

If any dog staying on the property shows any aggression to any other person on the property other than in an defensive situation with their owners being under threat they will be asked to leave no refunds paid. All dogs must be kept on a lead at all times while on the camp property, all owners must clean up any dog defecation immediately whether on the property or off and could be fined if caught for failing to do this.
